What is an FLO?

A Finds Liaison Officer (FLO) is a museum professional who records and identifies finds. They work with detectorists and museums to preserve local history.

⚖️ What is Treasure?

  • Objects over 300 years old with at least 10% gold or silver.
  • Two or more coins from the same find.
  • Items found with other treasure.
You must report treasure to the coroner within 14 days.
