Description
To attend any of our organised digs or rallies, you must hold a valid UK History Finders Membership Card. This ensures all events are run efficiently, safely, and in an organised manner.
PLEASE NOTE: Each account must be registered separately.
PLEASE CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE ATTENDING ANY DIG.
Each member will receive a membership card, which must be presented on arrival together with a valid NCMD, FID, or AMDS membership card at all organised digs.
A small one-off membership fee of £10.00 applies. The same fee applies for replacement of a lost membership card.
Terms & Conditions for Attending Digs:
- No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the dig date unless the dig is cancelled or unable to take place. This will be decided by the UK History Finders admin team.
- A valid NCMD, FID, or AMDS membership card must be presented alongside your UK History Finders membership card on arrival.
- Members must agree to follow the metal detecting code of conduct and the rules laid down by NCMD.
- All finds must be reported to the admin team for appraisal. Guidance will be given if a find is of historical importance.
- UK History Finders admin reserve the right to ask any member to stop detecting and leave the venue if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or brings the hobby into disrepute.
